THE SHOW
Word has travelled via the bush telegraph that all of Woody’s friends are arriving from near and far for this very special event- Woody’s World: Music for Kids!
Join Woody and his colourful friends in this engaging show – it’s a kaleidoscope of old-school fun that blends music, puppetry, theatre, ukulele playing and loads of participation.
Woody explains that this show is for the inner child in all of us, “It promotes natural play and harks back to a time when children played outdoors and life was simpler”. There is Froggie Show, Ralph the Tiger Snake and Woody is joined by Little Miss Squuzebox on the accordion!
Woody has performed concerts and shows across Australia for over 8 years with his band and mobile ukulele school. He returns to WA following sold out shows in 2019 and this is the last show of the tour, so put on your dancing shoes, tell ya friends and come and have some good ol’ fashion musical fun with the kids. Bring a picnic and rug and settle in under the trees.
Woody’s show is suitable for kids aged 2+
- Show duration: 50mins
- There will be a 10am and 12:30pm show
- All children must be accompanied by an adult
- All adults and children (1yr+) require a ticket
- Children under 12 months of age on the day of the show are FREE and do not require a ticket
THE WORKSHOP
Each show will also feature a pre-show workshop 30 mins prior to allow older kids to participate in the Bush Cabaret Show finale and perform in front of the crowd.
Australia’s premiere ukulele experience for kids, Woody’s Ukulele School has taught over 9,000 children and families so far! Woody believes that everyone has the right and potential to be music makers as well as music consumers.
The workshop is suitable for kids aged 6+ and can be added to your ticket price for $2
