Veronikka is a Perth-born, Egyptian-Sudanese singer-songwriter and musician who‘s solace has always been found in music. She utilises music for healing and good vibes. She is a strong believer that the world is in need of healing and she believes music has always been the best antidote for stagnation.
Veronikka has been running community jam seshes (PeepTheCulture) to promote connection to one’s soul and encourage flowstate sounds that accommodates a space for vulnerability, expression and healing. Despite her undeniable passion she knows she has a lot more knowledge and growth to acquire but in the meantime she just wants to do what she loves by sharing her passion and progression with whoever wants to join in her journey.
SGT. HULKA
Fuse vintage sounds with a contemporary attitude and you meet Walyalup Soul Pop sensation Sgt. Hulka. Growing up in Walyalup (Fremantle), Kirsty Hulka fell in love with the Soul and Blues music on the scene and began emulating their sounds. She has crafted her 8-piece band into a sparkly explosion of powerhouse vocals, tight rhythms and punchy horns. Sgt. Hulka was a WAM Song of the Year Nominee ’23 and a finalist for Listen Up! National Songwriting Prize. She has impressed audiences at Blues at Bridgetown, Telethon ’22, Denmark Festival of the Voice, Hidden Treasures and much more. After recently releasing her debut EP, Sgt. Hulka has toured the North West (solo) and South West (full band) of Western Australia. Overall, Sgt. Hulka is a multifaceted, funky, soulful, and super fun artist that showcases her epic talents to bring you old school vibes with a modern flare.
