Coco Elise is one the most exciting and fresh alternative/city-pop music projects emerging from WA. Their easy-listening tunes have made them frequent guests on RTRFM’s Sound Selection, and bring electric live performances that blend eclectic synthesisers, funky rhythms, and tongue-in-cheek stage antics. Their polished live set is riddled with seamless transitions, absurd outfits, and the occasional saxophone magic, bringing an unmissable experience that keeps audiences dancing and laughing. Their unique fusion of genres and magnetic stage presence have garnered critical acclaim and a devoted following, which has earned them a feature on Vice Australia’s Artist Spotlight.
LUCI
Perth/Boorloo funk-pop-r&b band, LUCI (pronounced Lucy) have just completed their first tour of South West WA promoting their new single release… Outlandish. The Band are heading back into the studio to record during the latter half of 2023 with further plans to tour in 2024.
Influenced by the likes of Parcels, Tom Misch, Vulpeck, and Khruangbin, LUCI’s sound eludes easy categorization. LUCI ‘s music has a lasting effect on the crowd, which is evident in the growing fan base attending their shows in and around Perth and WA. Supporting artists like Katy Steele, Death by Denim, Siobhan Cotchin and Ken Paolo and the Space Cadets, Madoc Plane and Nectar – LUCI look to continue releasing, collaborating and further developing their sound as they grow their brand.
