How to Enrol


  Take time out for yourself with a Fremantle Arts Centre day, evening or weekend art course. Each term we offer a host of new classes so why not try something new? We cater for absolute beginners to advanced artists. Our affordable courses are taught by experienced tutors in fully-equipped studios within FAC’s beautiful and inspiring heritage building. Add a new string to your bow or simply relax in the social and supportive environment of a FAC art course.

Term 4 Dates
Adult Courses: 19 October - 18 December

The program, which takes place over four terms a year, is comprised of:

Ongoing Courses for Adults
Courses run from three to nine weeks in duration, offered in areas including drawing, painting, jewellery, sculpture, ceramics, photography, textiles, printmaking and performing arts.

Weekday classes take place Monday – Friday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Weeknight classes are Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6pm to 9pm.
Weekend classes are Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 4pm.

Weekend Workshops for Adults
These workshops are either one or two days in duration, running Saturdays and Sundays, 10am to 4pm.

Kids Holiday Program
These are one-off classes for kids aged between 5 and 12 years in subjects including painting, music, sculpture, street art and animation. Running throughout school holidays, the program offers a diverse range of arts based activities, immersing kids in art in a fun and stimulating manner.

Art for Teens
FAC offers a specialised program tailored at young adults aged 13-18. These one-off workshops run during the school holidays, offering both practical elements and serving to inspire and introduce teens to various creative media. 

FAC is a heritage listed building with access limitations. If you have any special requirements please contact FAC Reception before enrolling in a course.
