The City of Fremantle Art Collection is the largest municipal art collection in Western Australia.

In order to share the rich and diverse array of artworks held by the City, we’re inviting you to join us for An Evening with the Collection – a quarterly night of conversation hosted by André Lipscombe, the Collection’s Curator.

To coincide with her solo City of Fremantle Art Collection exhibition Pop Porn, Tania Ferrier and special guest Noura Kevorkian will join Andre for a panel discussion.

Together they will explore the representation of women in popular culture and art, the relevance of Tania’s Angry Underwear project in the era of #MeToo, and ongoing debates about bodily autonomy and gender parity.

Following this, Tania will speak to her new print work, Pop Porn Calendar Series, and Noura will discuss her feminist video art and documentary practice, showing segments of her award-winning film Veils Uncovered (2002).
