Through teaching yoga, Steph Barclay invites her students to observe their own mind, body and spirit. Through her own practice Steph has been able to cultivate a deeper connection to self, discovering the power of the breath and finding a greater sense of stillness and space in life which allows her to see the beauty in the world and pursue the things she loves. It brings her great joy and meaning to be able to share a practice that has changed her life for the better.
Steph has trained in Hatha, Yin, Mindfulness, Meditation and Children’s/teens Yoga. Her classes are accessible, friendly and inclusive.
