View Beginners Acrylics with Miles Carpenter (Mondays)Add creativity to your weeknights with a six-week creative writing workshop!
Each week, attendees will be offered writing prompts and exercises on various topics suitable for fiction and non-fiction writers alike. Following the extended writing time, writers may volunteer to read aloud for positive but constructive feedback from the group.
Exercises and workshops will be supplemented by brief readings and discussion on weekly topics like theme, genre, narrative voice/POV, character/dialogue, setting/description, plot/conflict, action/pace, and endings.
