Mug and Spoon Workshop with Nicole Kelly (nee Lance)

Coming Soon

About the class

Make your own beautiful mug and spoon set in this unique two-part workshop, perfect for tea and coffee lovers!

On the first Sunday, step into the jewellery studio with Nicole Lance and craft a handcrafted silver teaspoon using traditional silversmithing techniques. The following Sunday, move to the ceramics studio, where you'll learn to throw your own mug or teacup with a matching saucer on the pottery wheel. Add your own personal touch with underglazes before your pieces are fired at FAC, ready for collection at a later date.

A fantastic opportunity to explore both jewellery making and ceramics in a fun, hands-on setting!

Please wear closed-in shoes.

What to bring

Feel free to bring in your favourite spoon for inspiration!

Building Accessibility

Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre is a heritage-listed building with access limitations. While there are no lift facilities within the main building, the ceramics studio is wheelchair accessible.

We acknowledge these limitations and are committed to improving accessibility where possible. We continue to explore ways to make our programs more inclusive and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions.
