About the class

Join Bina Butcher for an 8-week journey into the world of lino cut and lino reduction printing.

This course is perfect for those looking to refine their lino printing skills and explore the technique of reduction printing. You'll focus on creating editions, developing engaging compositions, and enhancing your use of colour.

Whether you want to work on your own lino projects with guidance from Bina or follow along as she takes you through the reduction lino printing process from start to finish, you'll have the opportunity to develop your craft.

While ideal for those who have taken Bina's introductory lino printing course, newcomers are welcome! Enjoy a collaborative space where you can exchange ideas and learn from others.

Prerequisites

Prior participation in one of Bina’s lino cutting workshops is encouraged but not required.

What to bring

  • It is recommended that students have their own set of lino cutting tools and an apron.

Building Accessibility

Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre is a heritage-listed building with access limitations. While there are no lift facilities within the main building, the ceramics studio is wheelchair accessible.

We acknowledge these limitations and are committed to improving accessibility where possible. We continue to explore ways to make our programs more inclusive and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions.

Other Additional Needs
