About the class

Get hands-on with the exciting process of lost wax and cuttlebone casting! In this class, you’ll learn how to sculpt your own jewellery designs in wax before watching them transform into solid metal using an ancient casting technique.

Experiment with cuttlebone casting to create beautifully textured, one-of-a-kind pieces. Whether you're new to jewellery making or looking to expand your skills, this class offers a fun and creative way to bring your ideas to life in metal.

What to bring

  • Apron
  • Designs and forms for inspiration

Building Accessibility

Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre is a heritage-listed building with access limitations. While there are no lift facilities within the main building, the ceramics studio is wheelchair accessible.

We acknowledge these limitations and are committed to improving accessibility where possible. We continue to explore ways to make our programs more inclusive and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions.
