Self-Exploration Through Creative Play with Robyn Varpins (Night) (NEW!) with Robyn Varpins

Get to know yourself a little better in this new course designed and led by Robyn Varpins. 'Therapy' means to pay attention to the self, leading to the development of self-awareness. By engaging in meaningful creative play as a form of art therapy we learn who we are and why we feel, think, and act the way we do. Once we understand how our brain works, we are able to take control and change the way its programming impacts us, to give us the peace and happiness we all need.

Join Robyn each week and delve into themes related to art therapy that will help to focus your creativity and learning. Each class starts with a short presentation and discussion of learning material, before the creation of things in a variety of mediums including (but not limited to) collage, paint, and 3D mixed media.

Perfect for beginners through to advanced students. No experience necessary, you will develop skills in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment. Any advanced students will be encouraged to explore composition, texture, and colour in new ways!
