Join new tutor Maggie Johnson for a bold new course, to complete a large contemporary painting for your home and be guided through every step of the process from ideation, to composition, choosing a colour pallet, and completing a finished painting.
What to bring:
- Acrylic paints - (Chromacryl/Atelier/Matissse)
- Warm yellow/yellow deep
- Cool yellow/cadmium yellow light
- Warm red/cadmium red
- Cool red/primary red
- Warm blue/ultramarine blue
- Cool blue/pythalo blue
- White/titanium white
- Black (optional)
- Acrylic paintbrush set
- Jar for water
- Apron (optional)
- Lead 2B pencils
- 1 canvas roughly 10X10inch to 12x16 inch
- 1 canvas 30X30 to 40X40 inches (or any large sized canvas to be purchased later in course)
- Canvas paper pad (A4 or A3)

Tutor Maggie Johnson
Maggie is a Western Australian Artist living and working in Walyalup/Fremantle. She has completed studies in both Fine Arts and Creative Arts Therapies and now works as an acrylic painter, mural artist and digital designer/illustrator with a passion for attaining an overall element of fun in her work.Read More
