Constructing with Cane – Create Your Own Temporary Shelter Sculpture NEW

Tania Ferrier beg

Taking inspiration from our current ‘DesignFreo: Object, Place, Space’ exhibition, create your own small-scale temporary shelter sculpture. Learn how to manipulate cane to create shape and form and how to join pieces using simple techniques. Your shelter sculptures will then be decorated using a variety of new and repurposed materials, from fabric scraps to plastic tape, yarn, string & tissue paper.
