Fremantle Arts Centre

Fremantle Arts Centre Residency Program

The Fremantle Arts Centre Artist in Residence Studios are a support program designed to give opportunities to individuals and groups engaged in all forms of artistic practice to work on short to mid-term projects that need studio space to realise their potential.
Residencies are an integral part of Fremantle Arts Centre’s aim to create an environment which brings artists and audiences together in the active exploration of art and ideas.

Recent participants are Olga Cironis (WA), Robert Cleworth (WA), Nathan Curnow (VIC), Fremantle Street Arts Festival, Susan Flavell (WA), Michelle Outram (NSW), Duke Riley (USA), Goetz Stoeckmann (Germany)
and Michelle Theunissen (WA).

There are five spaces – the Moores Workshop, the Green Shed Studio, Office Studio One, Office Studio Two and the residential studio – the Moores Apartment.
