Submitting an Exhibition Proposal
Fremantle Arts Centre welcomes exhibition proposals from individual artists, groups of artists and organisations. Fremantle Arts Centre will consider gallery-based, off-site and online projects. Proposals that address Fremantle Arts Centre’s distinctive site or engage with the City of Fremantle Collection are particularly welcome.
Proposals may be submitted at any time throughout the year. They are formally assessed twice a year following the deadlines of 1 February and 1 August.
Please post proposals. Fremantle Arts Centre does not accept emailed proposals.
Proposals need to include:
- a recent CV for each participant
- a brief project outline
- a non-returnable disc of images. Detailed information to accompany the images is essential
Support by Fremantle Arts Centre for Projects
Fees for participants and other project costs are met by Fremantle Arts Centre. When work is sold, Fremantle Arts Centre takes a commission and administers sales.
