WAAPA Direct


Fremantle Arts Centre hosts a number of big concerts on the 3000 capacity South Lawn throughout the year. Musicians to have graced the South Lawn stage include John Butler, Bernard Fanning, Roots Manuva, Groove Armada, Damien Rice, Cat Empire, Xavier Rudd, Sarah Blasko and Paul Kelly.

Check your tickets for gates open time. All concerts are 18+, juveniles can only attend with a parent or loco parentis. No BYO, Eftpos facilities are only at the bar, no cash out. Please don't bring any chairs, eskies, unsealed drink containers or professional photography equipment with you.
 
Fremantle Arts Centre is located at 1 Finnerty St, Fremantle - a 5-10 minute walk from Fremantle Train Station. Parking is available at John Curtin Oval and Fremantle Leisure Centre. Fees may apply.

San Cisco - The Awkward Tour SOLD OUT
Fremantle's own, SAN CISCO are hitting the road in celebration of their sophomore EP, “Awkward” due out on February 3 2012. No strangers to the stage, SAN CISCO have bought their eclectic mix of sing-a-long, super catchy tunes to Big Day Out, Laneway, Fuse and Big Sound as well as playing Peats Ridge and Pyramid Rock over the summer. This liveliness and dynamic verve is portrayed on stage while delivering their indie-pop with dashes of rock and slashes of synth.

City and Colour
Already confirmed to headline Groovin’ The Moo in May, City And Colour will be following up a hugely successful tour last year with a string of headline theatre shows across the country. The three time platinum certified project lead by Dallas Green (previous frontman of post-hardcore outfit Alexisonfire) has become a household name within the indie music community for their distinctive fusion of folk, blues, rock, and twangs of country. What began as a hobby for a hardcore singer has evolved into one of the most praised acoustic/indie/folk acts to enter the scene in the last decade.
